-
What does it mean if I receive a 404 error message when trying to access a task in my dashboard?
-
When using SSO, why is it no longer visible on the login page?
Q: How can I register to the platform?
A: To access the platform for the first time, you need an invitation from your administrator. You will receive an email with a link that allows you to create your account.
Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
A: Go to the MyQ7Leader login page and click “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
This option only works for users in organizations where SSO is not required. If your organization uses SSO (Login with Microsoft Azure, Google, or Okta credentials), your password is not stored in MyQ7Leader. In that case, you will need to reset your password through your organization’s login provider (for example Microsoft, Google, or Okta).
Q: What does it mean if I receive a 404 error message when trying to access a task in my dashboard?
A: A 404 error usually means that your current role does not have the necessary permissions to access that module or task. To resolve this, your administrator will need to update your role or adjust the permissions linked to your role.
Q: When using SSO, why is it no longer visible on the login page?
A: When using SSO, you must first enter your email address (the one associated with your SSO system). Once your email address is entered, the SSO option will appear, allowing you to log in directly.
