How to Register/Log In to MyQ7Leader?

How to accept an invitation and register to MyQ7Leader 

Access the Invitation Email

Begin by locating the invitation email from welcome@q7leader.com in your inbox. The email contains an invitation link associated with your manager or organization. Ensure that you have not moved the email to your spam or junk folder, as this could delay your registration process.

Click the Registration Link

Once you've opened the email, locate the link that says 'Click here to join Company.' Clicking this link will navigate you to the MyQ7Leader registration page. Ensure that you do this within the given timeframe, as the link is time-sensitive and expires after 14 days.

Set Up Your MyQ7Leader Account

You will be brought to the registration page where you must enter your password. Take note of the password requirements, ensuring it meets security standards (length, letter case, and symbols).

Please note: if your company is using Microsoft, Google or Okta Single Sign On, then from here you will be redirected to your Authentication Provider and connect with your existing credentials to proceed.

Complete the Registration

After filling in your details, click the 'Register' button to complete your account setup. The system will verify your details and confirm the creation of your account. If successful, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and you can proceed to log in with your newly created credentials.

Log In to Your MyQ7Leader Account

You will be automatically redirected to the MyQ7Leader login page where you need to enter your email and password to access your dashboard. Once logged in, you can explore the features available to you within the MyQ7Leader platform. Be sure to check for any welcome instructions or additional information provided to make the most of your new account.

 

How to log in to MyQ7Leader

If you are already a user in the platform (you've gone through the registration process above once), then you can go to https://my.q7leader.com/ and fill in your email address.

After this, if the platform recognizes your user email, you will be directed to the next step: depending on your company policy, you will either be invited to enter your password, or you will be offered the option to use a Single Sign On with your Authentification Provider (Microsoft, Google or Okta).

 

How to Reset your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request an email to reset it. 

Click on "Forgot Your Password?" in the login page.

Then you will be asked to provide your email where you will receive the reset your password email from the address welcome@q7leader.com. Once done, click on "Send Reset Link" and the email will be sent within minutes.

If the password reset email doesn't come within a few minutes, first check your spam folder. If it does not come, it might be due to 2 issues:

  • you might have mistyped your email or are using the wrong email address
  • your have not previously registered to the platform with this email address, in which case you need to contact your HR Administrator for help

 

Please click on "Click here to create a new password", which will redirect to the password reset page:

You can create a new password while being mindful of the security rules described.

When the new password has been created, you will then log in with the new credentials:

And congratulations! You now have access to MyQ7leader.
