Integration between Q7Leader and HRIS platforms is possible. The available options depend on what is meant by “integration” (for example: user provisioning, data synchronization, or performance data exchange).

This article outlines the current integration options, along with their capabilities and limitations.

Integration Options

API-Based Integration (Custom)

Q7Leader provides an open, documented REST API that can be used to connect with external systems, such as HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).

This option offers maximum flexibility and allows technical teams or external integration partners to build a custom integration tailored to specific business needs, including:

• User and role synchronization

• Organizational structure mapping

• Performance or engagement data exchange

Requirements:

• Technical resources (developer or integration partner)

• Custom development using the Q7Leader API and the target platform’s API

No Native, Pre-Built Integration

At this time, Q7Leader does not provide a native, out-of-the-box (“plug-and-play”) integration with HRIS platforms.

This means:

• There is no one-click installation or marketplace application

• Any direct integration must be configured manually

• No standard connector is currently maintained by Q7Leader

Integration via Make.com (No-Code / Low-Code)

As an alternative to custom development, integration can be implemented using Make.com (formerly Integromat).

Both Q7Leader and various HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) are available on Make.com, enabling teams to:

• Build workflows using ready-made modules

• Create custom automation scenarios

• Synchronize data without writing full custom code

This approach is well suited for teams seeking a low-code or no-code solution, depending on the integration complexity.
