This article answers the most frequently asked questions about the MasterClass, so you can get the most out of your learning experience.

In this article, you will find answers to all these questions:

 

Q: What is the PMC Certification and how is it structured?

A: There are two certification paths available:

  • CXO Discovery: Designed for C-level executives who would like to discover the model for the first time. This is a single 2-hour session available in English only.

  • HR Professional Certification: Designed for HR professionals, this path includes the HR Discovery session plus three “Deep Dive” sessions, each lasting 3 hours. These sessions are available in both English and French.

 

Q: How do I subscribe to the PMC Certification ?

CXO Discovery: You can register directly here

HR Professional Certification: To get certified, you must first register for the HR Discovery session here

After attending this initial session, you will be invited by email to enroll in the next three “Deep Dive” sessions, each lasting 3 hours.

Sessions are available in both French and English, simply select your preferred language at the top right of the page.

If you have a coupon code, please use it during the checkout process, as it cannot be applied afterwards.

If the code was not used, you will need to contact us so we can unenroll and re-enroll you in the Certification with the coupon applied.

 

Q: How can I access the sessions?

A: Once you have registered for the certification, you will receive a confirmation email containing all session links.

In addition, a reminder email will be sent to each participant 30 minutes before every session. You will also have the option to add the sessions directly to your calendar using the links provided.

Each session link is unique and intended for use only by the registered participant. Please do not share it with anyone else.

 

Q: If I am not able to join a session, is there a recording available?

A: Yes, all sessions are recorded, so you can access them later if you are unable to attend live. 

 

Q: Where can I find the recordings?

A: The recording links are sent to participants generally one day after the session.

 

Q: What is the Circle Platform?

A: The Circle Platform is our community platform where you can access all the documentation and resources related to the People Model Canvas. 

It is shared with the individuals registered for the HR Discovery sessions, not the CXO Discovery.

 

Q: How can I access Circle?

A: Once you have registered for the HR Discovery session, you will receive a confirmation email from WebinarGeek. This email will include a link that will give you access to Circle.

 

Q: Where can I find the Resources Center?

A: The Resources Center is part of the Circle Platform. To access it, log in to Circle and navigate to the PMC Resource Center. From there, you’ll be able to access the Drive and all available resources.

Q: What is expected of me during the course?

A: Nothing is expected from you during the course. You are just encouraged to bring your own cases and questions to enrich the discussions.

 

Q: What happens after the course?

A: After completing the certification, you will have the opportunity to speak with one of our implementation experts, who can support you with any questions or next steps related to implementing the PMC within your organization.

 

Q: How can I add the Certification to my LinkedIn profile?

A: At the end of the Certification program, you can expect to receive your certificate, along with instructions to add a certification badge to your LinkedIn profile.
