0:00 In this video, we will review the new dashboard, which will become your main point of reference in MyQ7Leader. Here, you will find all the information relevant to you for easy access,
0:08 as well as all tasks expected of you at any given point. In the first section, you will see all the information that is relevant to you,
0:16 such as your start date in the company, your job title, department, manager, and birth date, as well as your role description and profile (if it is used by your organization).
0:28 If you click on your role, you will be able to see the description of your specific role.
0:35 Next, if you are a manager, you will see a section for Team Members where, by default, you can view all the people you have access to.
0:42 However, if you only want to see the people directly reporting to you (your N-1s), you can apply the Manager filter.
0:49 This filter will display only the people reporting directly to you. From here, you can also go to their individual Team Scan pages.
0:59 If you go back, you can start a conversation or add an objective. Of course, all of these options are only available if your organization uses them.
1:11 The My Objectives section is also only available if your company uses objectives in MyQ7Leader. Objectives are filtered based on the current cycles.
1:18 For example, during transition periods, you might see two active cycles, but typically only one cycle will be visible.
1:28 You can also adjust the filters to view objectives set in previous or upcoming years.
1:34 From here, you can see a general overview of your objectives, such as the percentage of achieved goals or objectives that are on track.
1:42 You can also view the details of each individual objective.
1:50 By clicking on an objective, you can see its status and all related information. You can also update the objective, which will take you to a detailed view
1:58 where you can adjust its progress and status.
2:08 The My Agenda section is particularly useful for keeping track of required tasks. Whether you need to approve objectives, create a profile schedule,
