0:00 Hi there, my name is Dax. I'm head of production in my company and my role title is head brewer and Today I'm going to be reviewing the role descriptions and profiles module in my Q7 leader.
0:11 As you can see the role description and profiles are organized by role family. So here we have sales on trade, production, on-site beverages and others.
0:21 And uh our company is trilingual so we have published all of our role description and profiles in three languages in Dutch, French, and English.
0:29 if I want to consult my own role description, I can find it here. So I know that my my role description is head brewer and distiller so I'm just going to find the one in English.
0:44 Here it here I have some basic information about my job description such as internal and external role title, in my case they're both the same, who I'm reporting to, so I'm reporting to the operations manager, uh my role is in the role family production, and I can see here the MBPR.
1:03 MBPR stands for market-based pay range, so I can see the minimum and maximum uh ranges for my salary based on market data, and this one here is the median value for my role.
1:16 Just below you will find the general expectations of the role, in my case this is operational development, and uh right underneath you will find all the definitions that are linked to an operational development role.
1:27 As you know, every job description can be categorized in one of the seven, uh, general expectations. So, here I can consult all the definitions that are generally available.
1:36 that are generally expected from a role of my level. right below, you will find the specific expectations of the role, which is what my company has decided they expect from a head brewer and distiller.
1:48 Underneath, there are the management practices of the role, what is expected of my manager to manage a person that is in my role as a head brewer and distiller, and at the bottom we will find some interview questions that are used mostly by HR during the hiring process for someone of this role.
2:07 if I want to consult the role descriptions of my team, I can do this two ways. First, since I know their role titles, I can either search for them inside the role description and profiles library or I can go to team scan and I can visit the page of one of my team members, for example, Kendra.
2:25 If I enter her individual page here, I will see all of my past team scans. You're already familiar with this.
2:31 At the bottom, you will find the specific expectations of the role in English brewer and distiller. So these are all the definitions that the company expects from a brewer and distiller and I can also open her job description here and see it in more details.
2:48 I hope this was helpful. Thank you for watching.
